    PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR

    I’m Sarah. I love to take chaos, sort it into neat piles, and turn it into something that works. I’ve worked as a residential Property Manager, contracted as a Project Manager and am a Jill of all trades even before the coffee kicks in. I stay organised, calm, and focused on keeping everything moving in the right direction. I use tech where it counts but my family will tell you how much we enjoy the old family wall-calendar. When I’m not streamlining processes or keeping projects on track, you’ll probably find me on my motorbike, my new favourite hobby.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

    I’m Frank. I come from a trades background and I’ve owned Kowhai Wellington which also covers Wairarapa and Hawkes Bay for the last ten years. I’m a devoted dad, a sports nut, and a die hard Warriors fan (Up the Wahs!) I like keeping things practical, straightforward, and fair. Between my family, business and a love of sport, I believe in teamwork and showing up for people- that’s what gets results.

    CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

    I’m Shaz. I have spent years working in the public and private hospital sectors, I know what it means to work with people, details and deadlines. I’m the calm in the storm, the one who makes sure everyone’s looked after and nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work I’m an avid sports fan, we have our own family tennis team that’s more about the laughs than the score! With a busy household of my own, I get that balance matters and I bring that same care and steadiness into our business.
